This looks like fun, I wish I would have thought of this. I just read on one of the founders blogs that instead of a resolution each new year she chooses a word to describe what her year will be like (or what she wants to ‘manifest). ie. ‘Flourish’. You know I am not a ‘new age’ fan but this sounded simple + sweet enough, why not? Easier than trying not to eat sugar, no?
