I used to be an attorney, but it made me grumpy. Now I write about life, sweet and savory, as a wife and mother to two small boys. My knowledge of dinosaurs knows no bounds.

I spent an hour last night browsing in the book store. It was heaven! I haven’t been there in ages, plus I had 2 gift cards to spend. I’m pretty sure I heard angels singing.
I’ve been in bed for days now reading. It’s snowing and cold so there’s no place I’d rather be. What are you reading now? I’m almost done with the Breaking Dawn and am going to need some new books to read!
I’m reading the Nourishing Traditions book–nothing exciting. But, I am also reading the last book in the Outlander series. There’s a series you can start, Toi! It a romance series (sort of), but you find it in the literature section of the bookstore. It’s not your typical romance, though, so I hesitate to call it that. The series is plot driven, and not always the fast and frivolous read Twilight is.
Just as an FYI…My anthropologie had all of the sweater candles marked down to $9.95 this past weekend. So if you’re really loving the candle now would be a great time to pick up a few extra and save some $$.
The cedar was my favorite scent. loved it. burning it in my bathroom right now.
