That’s awesome, Jules! I’m happy for you but terrible envious too, I must admit. Why or why do I not exhibit will power? I’m queen of the late-night snacking (of things I don’t even LIKE–WTF?) and saying (sometimes out loud!) “tomorrow I’ll start again.” Ugh. i quit WW because to save the $50 a month (really necessary, sadly) but now I have NO accountability. And I can feel the lousy 11 pounds I did lose creeping back.
Jen–Don’t despair! I’m not even doing WW anymore. My 12 weeks runs out in 2 weeks and I was starting to panic. Then, like a sign from God, a reader emailed me THAT SAME DAY and told me what she did to lose 110 pounds. I’ve been doing it, and so far it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. I’m not going to renew when my WW package runs out, and will instead continue to do what I have been doing the last couple of weeks.
That’s just amazing!!! I know all your loyal readers would love some tips! Personally, I know all the things I’m not supposed to eat, I know the things I am supposed to eat. But I like to hear about people’s exact breakdowns…what you normally eat for bfast, lunch, dinner. I find that dinner is my issue – I come home and want to cook something comforting for my husband and then I overindulge. Seriously – a post related to your weight loss journey could be motivational for us all!!! Good job! So happy for you
