The only day I didn’t walk this week was Monday, and I don’t feel a bit guilty about that! I did walk every other day, even days where I was tired and didn’t feel like it, so I don’t understand why I’m missing a picture. Weird. I inserted a picture of plants to make up for it. That was a day where I wanted to count my repotting (6 plants) and rotating my 9ft tree as daily exercise, but in the end I walked. So, yay me! Mostly. Minus 10 points for forgetting to take a picture.

Listening To: HOT FOR TEACHER by Van Halen

I haven’t seen this video since it came out 20 million years ago, but I don’t remember it being so creeptacular! What the…WUT. That teacher! Dancing in front of those children! And that one 10 year boy with the fuzzy mullet looking up at her! I have this image of the director saying, “OK, so now you’re going to dance seductively like a stripper while the 5th grade boys toss confetti at your boobs. Annnd ACTION!”

thanks for bringing back memories! I totally forgot about the end of the video where they show what they’re up to now….and I also forgot how terrible they were at dancing! I guess if you’re really good at guitar, stick to that and skip the dancing!

Hi Jules! You asked us to comment about the blog fix, and now I can’t remember when the dang post was. So I’ll do it here, out of context. Directed here from The Old Reader, I’d see Seth there and here until I refreshed your actual blog page. This post, I don’t see any pictures, but I do see the embedded video.

This is only if you find other people with similar issues. I’ll still read whether I see the photos or not. Although I will miss Buttercup and Buddy. Thanks!

This is just to comment about the blog fix. I use the feedly reader and your pictures don’t come through at all for me, but I usually will click over to read in your blog anyway so it isn’t the end of the world – just wanted to let you know.

” I don’t FEEL tardy!” The CatMan and I still say that to each other when we’re running late.

Hi! I’m Jules.

I used to be an attorney, but it made me grumpy. Now I write about life, sweet and savory, as a wife and mother to two small boys. My knowledge of dinosaurs knows no bounds.

You can read more, including the meaning behind the name Pancakes and French Fries here. And, yes, I really am phenomenally indecisive.
