I’m between books right now and having just endured The Weekend During Which I Turned 40 and Didn’t Want To … this could turn my frown upside down. How about we pretend The Weekend of 40 Never Happened. Yes, now that’s some pretending I can do.

I’m trying to remember a mantra my sister-in-law said .. Forty and Fabulous … Forty and Fabulous…Forty and Fabulous…

Yeesh. Methinks I need to try harder. Jules, can you distract me with a fun book? :) (And thanks to the anonymous donor — kind and generous and selfless. Now that’s Fabulous!)

Hi! I’m Jules.

I used to be an attorney, but it made me grumpy. Now I write about life, sweet and savory, as a wife and mother to two small boys. My knowledge of dinosaurs knows no bounds.

You can read more, including the meaning behind the name Pancakes and French Fries here. And, yes, I really am phenomenally indecisive.
