Daily Meal Plan

I’m back to writing out my meal plans.  You can check it out by clicking the Meals tab at the top of the blog.  I’ve lost 50 pounds, but don’t look to me as a role model.  Half the time I am barely hanging on, and the rest of the time I am debating what I should eat, when, and how.

You would think by now that I would have some idea what I am doing.  Not so much.  But, hey, fifty pounds!

50 lbs is awesome. i gained 40 lbs with baby and then lost it but it took like 2 years & it’s still a constant battle. everyday i feel like i’m on the edge of gobbling 200 pieces of candy corn or fill in the blank crap food. writing down your meals is a good way to keep track. i did the daily plate for a while and it was pretty good but it gets old after a while.

Hmm, the daily plate seems pretty cool. I’ll have to check that out!

And, YES, at any given moment I want to eat an entire wheel of brie or a box of crackers or or chips and guacamole. Sigh. You lose the weight, but not the compulsions. :)

Hi! I’m Jules.

I used to be an attorney, but it made me grumpy. Now I write about life, sweet and savory, as a wife and mother to two small boys. My knowledge of dinosaurs knows no bounds.

You can read more, including the meaning behind the name Pancakes and French Fries here. And, yes, I really am phenomenally indecisive.
