I had a great walk on days 38 and 40. I walked immediately after coaching academic decathlon on day 3. I was so pumped that I walked much faster than usual. I didn’t even realize I was done with my walk until I found myself on my street corner. Today was great because I got a lot done in the library, so I spent my walk thinking about everything I accomplished. I walked so fast my legs were on fire. I love that feeling–especially after I stop. Hah!
I think I might be able to try slow, slow, slow jogging because even as fast as I was walking, I didn’t get short of breath. My only concern is is finding a sport bra that will provide enough support. I need A LOT of support, and I’ll definitely have to buy it online.

If you tell us your size, you might get some good sports bra recommendations.
Here are a couple of good explanations on how to properly fit yourself (do NOT add 4 or 5 inches to your ribcage measurement to get your band size like Victoria Secret or department stores say, or you'll guarantee you're wearing the wrong size; that's an outdated method of measuring):

I also recommend both of these shops for buying bras. I use them both all the time. I bought this sports bra at Bravissimo: http://www.bravissimo.com/products/lingerie/sports-bras/active-sports-bra/black/fyj3bl/?level=1

Re: super supportive sports bras…Enell. Always Enell. They last forever and the girls don't move (says the 42H lady).

http://www.titlenine.com is a great website to check out! I have DD's, and their bras have worked wonders for me! They also rate their bras based on what activity you're doing, so they can better fit you with a bra that caters to how much bouncing around you're doing. :-)

moving comfort is a great company for sports bras. i have DDD and they have a bra that keeps them from bouncing around when i jog. it is the opposite of attractive but it does the job. you can buy them online using their measurement charts, or go to a running store like fleet feet and be measured. last thing- they're not cheap at all but if you don't put them in the dryer, they last a long time.
