I’m back to writing out my meal plans. You can check it out by clicking the Meals tab at the top of the blog. I’ve lost 50 pounds, but don’t look to me as a role model. Half the time I am barely hanging on, and the rest of the time I am debating what I should eat, when, and how.
You would think by now that I would have some idea what I am doing. Not so much. But, hey, fifty pounds!

50 lbs is awesome. i gained 40 lbs with baby and then lost it but it took like 2 years & it’s still a constant battle. everyday i feel like i’m on the edge of gobbling 200 pieces of candy corn or fill in the blank crap food. writing down your meals is a good way to keep track. i did the daily plate for a while and it was pretty good but it gets old after a while.

Hmm, the daily plate seems pretty cool. I’ll have to check that out!
And, YES, at any given moment I want to eat an entire wheel of brie or a box of crackers or or chips and guacamole. Sigh. You lose the weight, but not the compulsions. :)

Humph, I thought I would stop by and read another post mentioning moi? Just kidding lovely, 50 lbs is quite the accomplishment, really. You are an inspiration! And don’t mention brie, chips or guac, I think I am going to be craving those the rest of the day!
