You must be channeling the saddlebags that I’m feeling as I sit here at my computer. I can’t help but feel solace from cookies and popcorn! Oh the popcorn…
Jules…I’m sorry. Do you know why? (I mean are you scarfing down food? Is it “that” time?) Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again. :)
Also, I heard that weight watchers charges you if you gain more than a certain amount of weight (as per a contract you sign)????? Is that true? Tell me it isn’t so!?
That sucks Jules, sorry. Like Cara said, any reason you can think of? Did you stay active this week? Is it hormonally related? At any rate, it’s just a pound and will go away again….I just know it.
Ok so I am still proud of you and it is only a pound AND you still have lost weight! Fluctuations of a pound (or more) for water weight is so normal. Be patient, keep doing what you are doing and it will come off!! It is such a slow damn process :( Like my brother keeps telling me the reason why most people dont succeed at weight loss is because they give up too early….so in Nemo’s words…just keep swimming, just keep swimming. Ok I am going back to bed because I have only had 2 hours of sleep in the last 36 and I am drooling at the keyboard.

Hello, found you via Maggie. When I saw “pancakes” in your title I had to come visit, seeing how I’m an avid appreciator of them.
Although, probably shouldn’t mention pancakes on a weigh in post. They’re not that great, actually. Dull, tasteless, flat things. Bleh pancakes.
