Susan–I do whatever works. I try to cook organic and local, which costs a fortune. Consequently, I cook a lot of vegan/vegetarian meals. I’ve also read all the literature citing the importance of eating more plant based foods, so I do that, too.

Mikey was allergic to eggs for a very long time, so vegan baking is something that comes naturally for me now.

Hey. I thought I already commented on this post, but I’m probably just dreaming. I’ve been wondering, are you strictly vegan? Or are you like me and cook in a variety of ways – sometimes eating vegan meals, vegetarian meals, and meals with meat/eggs, et cetera. I am curious. I have been reading your blog for a while, but perhaps I have missed this fact.

Ah It seemed like a nice day, perfect:) That snap of Nico is hilarious, it looks like he has your sense of humor, he always does funny things. That cake looked eye closing whiffing good! And gosh that boy of yours Mikey is too handsome, I swear I can’t believe that the Gap hasn’t seen your blog and snatched him up!
